Hello forum members. Im currently dealing with a serious problem at work in Malta my employer changed my role and working conditions without proper discussion, and now Im unsure whether my rights are being violated. I dont want to overreact or risk my job, but I also dont want to stay silent if something illegal is happening. Online information is confusing, and every source seems to say something different. Im looking for employment law experts who understand Maltese regulations and can explain my rights clearly, as well as advise on the safest next steps.
